**Original description: Cassidy (1930). Placed in Tylenchorhynchus annulatus by Golden (1971). Then synonymized with Tylenchorhynchus martini by Siddiqi (1976). Siddiqi (2000) & Handoo (2000) placed it as Tylenchorhynchus annulatus as a valid species.
